From the original listing: "Step-Mommy has some bad news: the doctor called with the results of your recent test. It turns out that the swelling in your penis is NOT going away. You have a condition called macrophallus. You will have an obscenely oversized penis for the rest of your life. step-Mommy doesn't want you to have to live life as a freak, so she has come up with a plan. She is going to feed you until you are so fat that your belly completely covers your penis. That way, no one will be able to tell how freakishly large it is. She assures you that most people are overweight these days, so you will blend right in and no one will tease you for your weight the way they would if they knew about your weirdly gargantuan cock. You protest that you don't want to get fat, but step-Mommy says this isn't your decision to make. Anyway, she made a big plate of your favorite cookies, so you lay back and let step-Mommy feed you. She makes you take your huge penis out while you eat so she can watch your progress. Days and weeks go by as she hand feeds you big plates full of sweets and junk food and your belly grows bigger and bigger. Every day less of your macrophallus is visible. Now it's the end of the summer, and with the tip of your penis still visible, step-Mommy has to take drastic measures to make sure it is completely hidden by your belly fat before you go back to school. She wants to funnel feed you, but you protest that you don't want to get any fatter. You admit that you've become too fat to masturbate and you don't like it! step-Mommy is sympathetic to your plight and promises that she will be happy to masturbate your oversized cock for you any time you like if you'll let her keep fattening you. With your consent, she straps the funnel onto your mouth, pours the high-fat weight gain shake into it, and turns on the automatic feeding setting so you are pumped steadily full of Calories while she strokes your cock. Your belly swells rapidly, your penis completely disappearing before your eyes. Only when your penis is completely buried in fat does step-Mommy make you cum. step-Mommy is so proud of her big boy and the big fat belly she helped you grow!
