DMCA Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
[Company Legal Name] respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of tubevibe.org (the "Service") to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
1. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (Section 3) that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a direct URL) for us to locate it;
- your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not receive a response. Submitting false or bad-faith claims may expose you to liability, including for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
2. Our Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who posted it, and provide them with a copy of the notice and an explanation of the counter-notification process below. Repeat infringers will have their accounts suspended or terminated, at our discretion, in accordance with Section 5 below.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate jurisdiction) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the infringing activity.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
6. Content Owned or Produced by Third Parties
Some content on the Service is licensed from, or embedded via, third-party studios or partners. Claims relating to that content are also handled through the process above; where appropriate, we will forward the notice to the relevant third party.
