All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on tubevibe.org (the "Service") were at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was produced.
1. Platform Role

3. Age Verification on Upload
Users who upload content to the Service must affirm that they own or have permission to share the content and that every person depicted was 18 or older at the time of production, and are subject to our Terms of Service, which prohibit content depicting minors under any circumstance (see Section 4 of the Terms). Content suspected of violating this policy is removed on discovery and, where applicable, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement.
4. Third-Party Content
Certain content on the Service is provided by or embedded from third-party studios or content partners. Those third parties are independently responsible for their own § 2257 compliance and record-keeping for the content they produce and license to the Service.
5. Reporting a Concern
If you believe any content on the Service depicts a minor, or was posted without the consent of everyone depicted, please use the in-app Report feature on that content, or contact [Support Email] immediately. We treat these reports as the highest priority and remove qualifying content on an emergency basis.
